West Indian Recipes

In Western Indian, the desert cuisine is famous for its different taste & varieties. The states like Rajasthan and Gujarat fall under it. Hear variety of dal and achars(pickles) is used along with food. States like Maharastra, food usually a mixture of both north and south cooking styles. In Mumbai, a wide variety of fishes like Bombay Prawn and Pomfret are found. In Goa we can notice portuguese influences in cooking style.
